One gifting quote is lower per box. The other includes delivery to your office. Neither tells you quite the same story, and the approval deadline is tomorrow.
Before choosing between 4700BC gift proposals, make the scope equal. The useful comparison is the approved gift delivered under agreed terms, not whichever line has the smallest number next to it.

Match the product before the price
Record the exact assortment, retail units inside, net quantities and presentation being offered. The official three-flavour combo page is a product reference. It does not establish current local stock, a trade rate or a customisation service.
If two proposals contain different products, show the difference rather than disguising it as a discount. Our gift contents guide explains the sample approval. This worksheet begins after the contents have been made comparable.

Put the full scope on one sheet
| Cost or term | Quote A | Quote B |
|---|---|---|
| Identical approved gifts | Enter confirmed quantity and goods subtotal | Same basis |
| Packing or agreed extras | Included or separately quoted | Included or separately quoted |
| Delivery | Destinations and charge | Destinations and charge |
| GST | State inclusive or exclusive and line treatment | Same comparison basis |
| Exceptions | Written terms for changes or failed handover | Written terms |
An empty field is a question to resolve, not a zero. Ask whether a charge is included before completing the total.
Work through a clearly illustrative example
Illustrative INR assumptions, prepared 27 October 2026, excluding GST: 20 identical gifts at ₹800 give Quote A a goods subtotal of ₹16,000. Add ₹600 delivery for ₹16,600. Quote B assumes 20 gifts at ₹820, or ₹16,400, with delivery explicitly included at no additional charge.
Under those invented inputs, B is ₹200 lower before GST. This is a worksheet demonstration, not a 4700BC price, a Mediators India offer or a promise of delivery inclusion. It excludes personalisation, onward distribution, storage, replacement costs and other unquoted services. Confirm actual tax treatment before comparing payable totals.
Check the obligations behind the total
Ask what product or packaging substitutions require approval, what date information can be confirmed and how dispatch will be documented. If you need a specific handover date, have that requirement acknowledged; do not read a standard shipping estimate as an event guarantee.
A lower total may still describe a different scope. List the differences explicitly, then let the buyer decide whether the proposed arrangement meets the need.
Send one comparable brief
Use the enquiry form to send the approved gift reference, quantity, destination count and required date. Ask for a written breakdown of goods, applicable GST, delivery and any agreed extras. Once those fields are complete, approving the cost becomes a much simpler decision.
Frequently asked questions
Are ₹800 and ₹820 actual 4700BC gift prices?
No. They are invented, dated INR assumptions used only to show the comparison arithmetic.
Is GST included in the example?
No. GST is excluded and must be confirmed for the actual quote. Compare payable totals on the same tax basis.
Can a blank delivery field be treated as free?
No. Ask whether delivery is included or charged separately and record the answer.
Can I compare different gift assortments by box price?
Show contents and quantity differences first. A lower price for a different gift is not a like-for-like saving.
Is personalisation available?
Only an actual quotation can confirm any customisation scope, cost and lead time. This article promises none.
